OUR YOUTH IS YOURS

It feels like yesterday that I was sitting on a plane to Panama City next to two people that were about to become my friends for life. This is an attempt at cramming 3 months of adventures into just 3 minutes of film. Yeah, it’s heavily sped up and the song may not be to everyone’s taste but we thought the lyrics were super fitting. Finishing university is such a big milestone – you leave the comfort of the ‘system’ and, to some extent, the freedom and innocence that comes along with youth behind to find your calling in life (hopefully in a way that may earn you some $£€ while you’re at it). So, here it is – the trip that marked the end of this incredible chapter but that also marks the start of something equally exciting…

Mexico City, you so pretty…

I can’t believe it – we’ve officially reached the end of our 3 month tour of Central America 😭. Unfortunately, I suffered from a pretty bad case of altitude sickness here in Mexico City, which put a dampener on the last few days but hey, these things happen! Plus, writing this blog made me realise just how much fun I still managed to have despite throwing up 7 times a day…

I hate to admit it but the exhaustion that comes from living out of a backpack and moving around every 4 days is starting to catch up with me, which is why this blog title is severely lacking in creativity. The Quintana Roo Crew

From Playa del Carmen to Akumal to Cancun to Tulum – we have well and truly travelled Mexico’s beautiful East Coast.
